The purpose can be to improve the treatments designed in the workplace by receiving help to illuminate and deepen different aspects of treatment work. Guidance can also be designed with the goal of developing the practitioner&#8217;s competence and ability to work generally with treatments and specifically in the current treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I offer a guidance component of 5-10 sessions that focuses on training and developing professionals in guidance groups.
